- Room Reservations require major credit card or 1st night's deposit.

Check-out time is 11:00 am.
- 3-4 night minimum for designated holidays
- Gift Certificates available.
- All rates subject to 11.3% room tax.
- Holidays and event weekends require a 1st night non-refundable deposit
- Multiple unit reservations require a 1st night non-refundable deposit

All units are two story, two bedroom, two bath units with the following: king master suite, queen guest bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen with Jen-Aire range, stainless steel cookware, dining room, Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces, decks, captain's studies, Bluetooth-capable audio throughout, cable TV, DVD players, Broadband wireless internet and spectacular ocean front views with a private beach access from our property.
