Cancellation Policy

• Cancelling or moving your reservation 31 days or more before reservation date, you will be charged $100.00. 
• Cancelling or moving your reservation 30 days or less of your reservation date, you will be charged the first night of the reservation. 
• Cancelling or moving your reservation 14 days or less of your reservation, you will be charged the full reservation price. No funds will transfer for moved reservation.  

CANCELLING ON HOLIDAYS, SPECIAL EVENTS, SPRING BREAK, and PEAK SEASON from MEMORIAL DAY through SEPTEMBER 30.

• Cancelling or moving your reservation during Holiday Periods, Spring Break, Special Events, or Peak Season 31 days or more before reservation date you will be charged the first night of your reservation.  
• Cancelling or moving your reservation during Holiday Periods, Spring Break, Special Events, or Peak Season 30 days or less of your reservation date you will be charged the full reservation price.  

**Our rates are based on a 2 person occupancy:  Additional guest $15 “per person per night” (after double occupancy, 13yrs & older).  Over 6 people in a room will generate another $50 fee.  Any unauthorized overnight guests will be subject to no less than a $100 fee. If you plan on having visitors, please see office staff.
