• Room Reservations require major credit card or 1st night's deposit.
  
  
• Cancellation policy: The cancellation / change fee is $25.00 and applies to any changes / cancellations that occur prior to 14 days before any reservation check-in date. Any cancellation that occurs within 14 days prior to the reservation check-in date will require the first nights room rent. If a reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of check-in than the entire reservation cost is charged.
  
  
• Check-in time is 3:00 pm.
  
  
• Check-out time is 11:00 am.
  
  
• 2 night minimum on weekends.
  
  
• 3 - 4 night minimums for holidays.
  
  
• Special rates do not apply weekends or during Holidays periods.
  
  
• Gift Certificates available.
  
  
• All rates subject to 10.5% room tax.
  
  
• Holidays and event weekends require a 1st night non-refundable deposit 30 days prior to reservation date.
  
  
• Multiple unit reservations require a 1st night non-refundable deposit 30 days prior to reservation date for each unit reserved.
  
  
• Special events require a 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking. 

All units are two story, two bedroom, two bath units which have a fully equipped kitchen with Jen-Aire range, dining room, Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces, decks, captains studies, stereos, cable TV, VCR & DVD players, Broadband wireless internet and spectacular ocean front views with a private beach access from our property.

Make your winter storm watch reservations now and come have an awesome adventure on the Central Oregon Coast.  There is even more to see since the storms have transformed our beaches into amazing treasure troves.  Agates are again found at Agate Beach in Newport, thanks to the sand-scouring action of recent year’s storms.  We are experiencing some really low tides, and this allows for greater exploration of tide pools and other sights that are not usually visible.
