There is a 10.5 % room tax that is applied to your total room rental cost.
As usual, these rates are for select units only, and are based on double occupancy (2 people). Any additional guests will be charged $ 15.00 per guest, per night. Children ten years old and younger stay for free.

The cancellation / change fee is $25.00 and applies to any changes / cancellations that occur prior to 30 days before any reservation check-in date. Any cancellation that occurs within 30 days prior to the reservation check-in date will require the first nights room rent. If a reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of check-in than the entire reservation cost is charged.
